Welcome to DOUZNGRACE ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DOUZNGRACE website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Products and Orders

4.1. Product Information

We strive to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile device's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products and services described or depicted on our Services are subject to change at any time without notice.

4.2. Placing Orders

When you place an order through our Services, you offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our payment verification team.

4.3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our Services are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept Paystack, credit/debit cards, USSD, and bank transfers. Your order will only be processed once we have received full payment.

4.4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This email confirms that we have received your order, but does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate email once your order has been accepted and processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Shipping Policies

We ship products within Nigeria and to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Detailed information about shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process.

5.2. Delivery Times

Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframes, but we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or issues with our delivery partners.

5.3. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

6.2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

6.3. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on our Services, including without limitation, the text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software, and services, is owned by or licensed to DOUZNGRACE and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

8. User Content

Our Services may allow you to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content such as product reviews, comments, and social media posts (collectively, "User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights and complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

OUR SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT AND PRODUCTS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. DOUZNGRACE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL DOUZNGRACE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DOUZNGRACE, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Nigeria.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
