Delivery Timeframes

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

Lagos: 1-3 business days
Major Cities: 3-5 business days
Other Locations in Nigeria: 5-7 business days
International: 10-15 business days

Shipping Costs

Our shipping rates are calculated based on your location:

Within Lagos: ₦5,000
Ikeja axis and Surulere: ₦3,000
Lagos Island: ₦5,000
Ajah: ₦7,000
Sangotedo and surrounding areas: ₦10,000
Ikorodu: ₦10,000
Other cities (Abuja, Benin, etc.): ₦10,000
International: Starting from ₦25,000 (via DHL, varies by country)

Orders over ₦100,000 qualify for free shipping within Nigeria.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package's progress through our partner courier services (including DHL for international orders) or by logging into your Douzngrace account.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit at no additional cost to you. Our premium packaging ensures your items arrive in perfect condition.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
Original packaging must be intact
Items on sale or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned
Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return

Exchange Process

Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To request an exchange:

Log into your account and select the order
Click "Request Exchange" and follow the instructions
Wait for confirmation before shipping your item back
Once we receive your original item, we'll ship out the replacement

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
Bank transfers may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage to expedite this process.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes can only be accommodated if the order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to change your shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates vary based on location and package weight. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.

What if my package is lost during shipping?

All shipments are insured. If your tracking shows no movement for 48 hours after the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We'll work with our shipping partners to locate your package or process a replacement/refund.

Can I return a gift?

Yes, gifts can be returned for store credit only. You'll need the order number from the gift receipt. The store credit will be issued to you, not the original purchaser.

How do I package my return?

Please use secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include your return form or order number inside the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We offer same-day delivery in select areas of Lagos for orders placed before 11 AM, subject to a premium delivery fee. This service is only available on weekdays.

How are shipping costs calculated during checkout?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your delivery address. The exact delivery fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase. For specific shipping rates to your area, please refer to our Shipping Costs section above.
